The Speaker removed the referrals to the House Special Committee on                                 
Education and the Health, Education & Social Services Committee for                                 
the following:                                                                                      
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE BILL NO. 145                                                                              
    "An Act making an appropriation for construction of an integrated                               
    science complex at the University of Alaska; and providing for an                               
    effective date."                                                                                
                                                                                                    
HB 145 was removed from the House Special Committee on                                              
Education and referred to the Finance Committee.
